About me

Over the last few years of working as an employee, I realised that there were a lot of businesses who had fantastic ideas, and amazing products. I also realised that they were hampered when it came to talking to the end customer, and often ended up losing them in amongst all the technology. These innovators and entrepreneurs were all great engineers, but they weren’t marketeers. They could get their ideas across to some, but those who weren’t in their field of expertise were often left a little confused – and these tended to be the customer.

I thought, ‘I can help here’. I’ve got a background in engineering , so I understand the framework around what’s being said, andI’m also a writer who loves stories, so I can turn their technical spiel into something anyone can understand. So I tried it. IMy approach seemed to work. I mean, they were already brilliant products, and I can take no credit whatsoever for the actual product itself, I simply helped them shine in their own amazingness and helped tell a story that the customer wanted to become part of.

So I decided to make this my job. To take brilliant products, created by awesome innovators and entrepreneurs, and help their target audiences really get them.
